Carpenter - Fareham

A carpenter is responsible for performing first and second fix carpentry repairs, fitting and repairing doors, frames, and ironmongery, and completing kitchen installations. They may undertake ceramic wall tiling and vinyl flooring as required, ensuring work areas are kept tidy and protected from damage. The role involves managing jobs independently from start to finish, maintaining accurate records and working efficiently. Candidates should have 2–5 years of relevant experience, hold an NVQ Level 2–3 in Carpentry or equivalent, and possess their own van and tools. A full UK driving licence is essential, and experience in social housing or residential maintenance is preferred.
