职位介绍
Provide professional ASL-English interpretation through video relay service, video remote interpreting, and on-site interpreting as needed.
Maintain accuracy, cultural competence, and a respectful, client-focused demeanor in all interactions.
Adhere to NAD-RID Code of Professional Conduct and FCC regulations, and stay compliant with company policies.
Adapt quickly to new technologies and effectively multi-task between interpreting duties and video-based platforms.
Be available for a guaranteed 36-hour workweek with travel to various customer locations as required.
Participate in initial 40-hour New Hire Training and ongoing professional development to meet performance expectations.
