Support the capital program by tracking technology cost estimates and reconciling monthly budgets across hundreds of projects.
Serve as the operational and analytical hub among Real Estate Leadership, Project Execution, Technology, Finance, and vendor teams.
Lead weekly cross-functional sessions, validate new project feeds, and ensure accurate project capture and prioritization.
Perform data quality control, investigate variances, and present clear explanations with executive-ready visuals.
Refine intake and ROM estimating processes, governance, and documentation to improve project tracking and budget alignment.
Deliver timely governance-ready reporting and scenario analyses to support capital planning decisions.
