Field Sales Executive

The Field Sales Executive role combines a guaranteed salary with an uncapped commission scheme, with typical first-year OTE of £30k-£40k and top performers earning £60k+. You will create new sales opportunities through door-to-door canvassing in businesses and residential areas, and convert warm leads into sales. Build and maintain long-term relationships, generate referrals, and develop a robust sales pipeline. Conduct security surveys to tailor systems to clients' needs, oversee installations, and ensure an excellent customer experience. You will also receive warm leads from a call centre and are expected to efficiently convert these into successful sales. Full manual driving licence required; a company car with fuel card, training, and comprehensive benefits are provided.
