Develop and own internal tooling and automation as your product to accelerate delivery.
Serve as cloud SME supporting container-first designs (Kubernetes) and scalable CI/CD pipelines.
Collaborate with developers to identify bottlenecks, improve developer experience, and boost productivity.
Evolve observability and performance tooling to diagnose issues and support on-call rotations as needed.
Create onboarding programs and training resources to onboard new engineers effectively.
