Work on production-ready algorithms and data structures with C++, Python, or Java. Collaborate with product owners to translate objectives into effective ranking and retrieval improvements. Engage in cross-disciplinary work including NLP, ranking, ads, and recommender systems. Excellent communication and teamwork are valued.
