Design and implement a comprehensive compliance program to prevent and detect violations of healthcare laws and regulations.
Oversee day-to-day operations of the Compliance Program, Code of Conduct, and Fraud, Waste and Abuse Plan across the enterprise.
Lead development of policies, procedures, and training programs to ensure enterprise-wide regulatory readiness.
Coordinate regulatory site visits, manage audits, and drive corrective action plans as needed.
Investigate and resolve internal or external compliance questions, issues, or complaints with timely, documented resolutions.
Provide input on key initiatives and stay current on industry trends to continuously improve compliance processes.
