React JS Lead

We are seeking a highly experienced ReactJS Lead to spearhead front-end development for cutting-edge web applications. Provide technical leadership, establish front-end architecture, and drive best practices across the team. Mentor junior and mid-level developers, review code, and ensure high-quality, well-tested, and performant UI. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to translate designs into scalable React components. Lead API integration, define data requirements, and optimize rendering performance and accessibility. Key qualifications include deep ReactJS knowledge, state management (Redux/Context API/Zustand), modern JavaScript, testing, and experience with Next.js or SSR/SSG.
