Perform product testing and validation to support development and failure analysis of components, assemblies, and finished goods.
Conduct root cause analysis on new and returned samples based on consumer feedback and document troubleshooting steps.
Develop test protocols, collect data, and write comprehensive test reports.
Provide rapid prototyping support and design fixtures, adapters, and prototype parts using CAD.
Maintain and operate the engineering lab, including 3D printers, calibration, maintenance, and inventory control.
Train teammates on testing processes, manage vendors and purchasing for supplies, and oversee lab operations.
