Lead the design and development of Java-based applications and backend services, building robust microservices and a modern web UI.
Translate functional and non-functional requirements into scalable APIs, data models, and intuitive UI flows.
Design and implement backend microservices with Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and event-driven patterns; optimize data access via SQL.
Build and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines, write unit and integration tests, and ensure code quality, security, and standards compliance.
Collaborate in an onshore, client-facing role and coordinate with offshore delivery teams; communicate with Engagement Managers and cross-functional stakeholders.
Independently and collaboratively lead client-focused workstreams to drive process improvement, optimization, and transformational initiatives using leading practices.
