Plan, coordinate, and oversee commercial furniture installation projects from order release through final completion.
Serve as the primary point of contact between clients, installers, vendors, and internal teams.
Review project drawings, specifications, and furniture orders for accuracy; manage installation crews and schedules.
Monitor site readiness, resolve installation issues, manage change orders, and conduct installation inspections.
Track project progress, maintain documentation, and close out completed projects with punch-list completion and safety compliance.
Requires experience in commercial furniture, construction coordination, or project management, with strong organizational and communication skills.
