Serve as the escalation path for field incidents, with on-site presence as needed and a focus on balancing safety, costs, and business needs.
Become the subject-matter expert on autonomous technology, tracking changes and translating them into actionable improvements.
Strive to push and own metrics, contributing to KPI targets while fostering cross-functional collaboration.
