Staff Data Scientist, Growth Analytics

As a Staff Data Scientist in Growth Analytics, you will build and deploy machine learning models that power growth experiments and optimize engagement and retention.
You will establish automated, scalable processes for data analysis, model validation, and serving in production.
Collaborate with analytics, data science, product, and marketing teams to identify opportunities and improve product performance and marketing effectiveness.
Analyze large-scale structured and unstructured data to develop deep-dive analyses, create core business metrics, and develop dashboards.
Design and analyze experiments to test new product ideas or marketing strategies, and translate results into actionable recommendations.
Craft compelling narratives, communicate findings to senior leaders, and evangelize data-driven decisions; you are a self-starter with a customer-first mindset.
