Own production infrastructure, deployments, and reliability from day one. Design scalable VM-based workloads and secure, auditable live-debugging workflows for vetted human developers to diagnose issues in real time. Architect CI/CD pipelines optimized for safety and speed. Implement deep observability and tooling so operators can diagnose issues with full context and minimal user disruption. Lead incident response, postmortems, backups, disaster recovery, and long-term reliability improvements. Collaborate with product engineers to reduce operational complexity and shape engineering culture on a founding team.
