Finance Accounting Manager

Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and reconciliations.
Manage timely month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes with accuracy.
Prepare and review journal entries, financial schedules, and account reconciliations; support financial statement preparation and variance analysis.
Supervise and develop a team of approximately four staff, fostering a collaborative, high-performing culture.
Drive internal controls, best practices, and process improvements; support system implementations and automation initiatives.
Partner with cross-functional teams to provide ad hoc financial analysis and translate financial data for non-finance stakeholders.
