Machine Learning Engineering Manager - AI Core

Lead a team of ML engineers, applied scientists, and data/infrastructure specialists building the core AI/ML platform for training pipelines, online model serving, feature stores, and LLM services.
Own the end-to-end lifecycle of the platform, focusing on scalability, reliability, security, and cost efficiency.
Translate business priorities into a multi-quarter technical roadmap for the AI Core Platform, aligning work with cross-functional partners across Product, Data Infrastructure, and ML teams.
Drive MLOps adoption: standardize feature engineering, model observability, governance, release processes, and incident response.
Hire, mentor, and grow engineers; provide career development and foster an inclusive, high-performance culture.
Collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders to deliver enterprise-grade AI solutions; contribute hands-on in architecture reviews and code discussions.
