Define and own the multi-year technical vision for Safety AI ML solutions, including high-velocity text filtering and multimodal generation, at massive scale.
Provide senior-level architecture and stewardship of foundational models, data pipelines, and real-time inference services.
Drive cross-organizational alignment and secure investment in ML infrastructure that benefits the entire Trust & Safety organization.
Lead innovation in safety by adopting advanced NLP, self-supervised learning, and multimodal LLMs to anticipate and mitigate novel abuse vectors.
Partner with executives across Product, Data Science, Policy, and Operations to translate safety needs into an actionable roadmap and measurable impact.
Coach and grow a high-performing team of engineers and managers, balancing user freedom with platform civility and ethical AI practices.
