Lead and execute migration of enterprise CI/CD platforms from proprietary Jenkins to open-source Jenkins on virtual machines and/or Kubernetes.
Design, build, and configure Jenkins controllers; migrate controllers, jobs, pipelines, and configurations with minimal downtime.
Integrate Keycloak-based SSO and implement a secure credential management framework for Jenkins.
Develop automation tools and scripts to accelerate migration; upgrade agents and Java compatibility from Java 17 to Java 21.
Collaborate with platform, security, and application teams to validate pipelines and provide troubleshooting and performance tuning after migration.
Create documentation, runbooks, and architecture diagrams; conduct knowledge transfer and handover to support and engineering teams.
