Senior Risk Partner - Compliance Officer

Design, implement, and maintain an enterprise-wide Compliance Program aligned with federal and state laws and regulatory guidance.
Collaborate with Risk Operations to develop risk and compliance plans, oversee training, monitoring, audits, investigations, and policy maintenance.
Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, championing risk-informed decision making and ensuring alignment with the enterprise risk framework.
Lead governance activities, prepare reporting for senior management and the Board, and monitor evolving regulatory requirements.
Oversee investigations and coordinate with legal counsel, ensuring timely disclosures and corrective actions.
Maintain deep knowledge of HIPAA, privacy, information security, and healthcare compliance to proactively mitigate risk.
