Lead the creation and editing of impactful video content for agronomy-focused grower segments that are currently underrepresented.
Provide training and best practices for content creation and editing to ensure alignment with platform strategies (YouTube, Snapchat, and other channels).
Coordinate a content calendar, publish approved content, and attach searchable metadata to improve discoverability.
Serve as a subject matter expert in editing, audio, captions, color grading, and output tailoring for multiple outputs.
Manage digital experiences with rapid turnaround during in-season periods, coordinating with regional hubs and stakeholders.
Measure performance against KPIs, monitor SLAs, and drive real-time optimization while developing training and standardization processes.
