Research Scientist, Multimodal and Generative AI for Recommendation

Lead development and research across computer vision, natural language processing, multimodal learning, and generative modeling to advance recommendation systems.
Translate state-of-the-art progress into scalable production workflows, including model training, deployment, and ongoing maintenance.
Design rigorous experiments, evaluate metrics, and optimize models for business impact and user experience.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align research outputs with strategic goals and operational constraints.
Work on foundational models, including multi-modality pretraining, multimodal LLMs, image and video generation.
Requirements include a PhD in a quantitative field and hands-on experience with deep learning frameworks and architectures such as transformer/CNN/RNN/LSTM.
