This role leads the design, automation, and modernization of Windows Server infrastructure across on-prem and hybrid cloud environments.
Develop scalable Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP solutions and codify standards with automation frameworks.
Drive DevOps enablement using PowerShell, Packer, MDT, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices.
Architect resilient DR/HA strategies, capacity planning, and performance monitoring for global workloads.
Collaborate with security, compliance, and application teams; mentor engineers and promote knowledge sharing.
Requires 8+ years in Windows Server engineering, Active Directory, and enterprise infrastructure, with hybrid cloud exposure (AWS/Azure).
