Civil Engineering Manager – Municipal

Lead municipal civil engineering projects across Wisconsin, focusing on wastewater treatment, drinking water, and urban transportation design. Set goals and implement short- and long-term vision as part of the annual business plan. Manage scope, schedule, technical requirements, contracts, client communications, staffing, and budget for the full project lifecycle. Lead and mentor transportation-related projects; build and maintain client and stakeholder relationships; communicate effectively inside and outside the organization. Assist in staffing, recruiting, and retaining top staff while adhering to internal quality control processes. Requirements include a BS in Civil Engineering, 10+ years of relevant experience, a PE license (WI or ability to obtain), a valid driver's license, and willingness to travel occasionally.
