Own and grow micro influencer relationships across YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok to drive incremental exposure.
Develop strategic plans to boost awareness and advocacy while conveying portfolio identity through creator content.
Identify opportunities to increase both the quality and quantity of produced content and establish clear success metrics.
Partner cross-functionally to support initiatives, partnerships, events, activations, and content needs; coordinate influencer trips and activations.
Stay ahead of beauty trends; educate creators on the portfolio and how to weave it into conversations.
Manage program finances, track expenses, identify savings, and lead internal communications for the program; travel as required.
