Industrial Engineer, Labor Management Systems

Lead the design, implementation, and steady-state optimization of a labor management system for the distribution network using PMTS and Engineered Labor Standards.
Perform time studies and apply MTM/MOST to establish accurate labor standards for direct and indirect tasks.
Collaborate with distribution center teams to validate standards and secure buy-in, and maintain system relevance.
Develop data collection, reporting tools, dashboards, and audits to support ongoing standard maintenance and performance monitoring.
Analyze productivity, identify bottlenecks, and work with supervisors to develop action plans and close gaps.
Design and deliver training on labor standards, time studies, PMTS, and the use of the labor management system; contribute to budgeting and forecasting with labor cost projections.
