Support the organization’s digital presence by managing day-to-day content, campaigns, and analytics across social channels, the website, and email outreach.
Create and maintain content calendars; draft, schedule, and publish content on LinkedIn, X/Twitter, Instagram, and other platforms in alignment with brand voice.
Monitor channels for engagement opportunities, industry news, and trends relevant to professional services.
Contribute to digital campaigns promoting organization news, thought leadership, events, and community engagement.
Maintain website content via the CMS and assist with client alerts, newsletters, and event invitations using email marketing tools.
Collaborate with teams to edit content for clarity and accessibility, and track performance with Google Analytics, Hootsuite, and email metrics while ensuring brand consistency.
