Lead and manage a team of data and visualization engineers to deliver data products for executives and cross-functional partners.
Actively develop, enhance and maintain data pipelines and workflows for marketing data and metrics.
Build and automate ETL pipelines from Oracle to Snowflake, develop Snowflake frameworks, and implement DBT-based ingestion and transformation.
Maintain versioned ETL processes with Git CI/CD; define metric requirements with stakeholders and produce data insights.
Design repeatable automation data frameworks, ensure data quality, lineage, and end-to-end data management for BI and analytics.
Collaborate with global teams, support Data Science projects, manage contractors, and ensure alignment with the overall solution architecture and BI plans.
