This role is for an Insurance Coverage Litigation Associate Attorney in Nashville, TN.
Assess new files to develop action plans, budgets, and strategic recommendations.
Identify pleading requirements, draft pleadings, and manage discovery responses and document production with paralegals.
Attend depositions, hearings, and other discovery events, providing thorough reports to the team.
Negotiate settlements, secure authority, and prepare for trial as needed.
Requires two or more years of insurance coverage litigation experience and active Tennessee bar licensure; strong organizational and interpersonal skills in a fast-paced environment.
