Provide professional nursing care for patients undergoing endoscopy procedures, applying thorough assessment and evidence-based nursing interventions.
Develop, implement, and continuously evaluate individualized nursing care plans while monitoring patient responses and outcomes.
Document care plans and progress notes, interpret patient responses, and communicate findings to the health care team.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary staff to coordinate comprehensive care, and supervise allied personnel as appropriate.
Deliver patient education, promote safety and infection control, and uphold professional nursing standards.
Maintain active NYS RN licensure and BLS certification, engage in continuing education, and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
