Lead fundamental and applied research on large-scale 3D dynamic scene reconstruction from real-world driving data. Advance and adapt state-of-the-art ML-based reconstruction methods, such as 3D Gaussian Splatting, for autonomous vehicle simulation. Prototype and iterate on diverse ideas using internal driving data. Scale, productionize, and collaborate with software engineers to deliver end-to-end simulation solutions. Present results to internal and external audiences, with potential publication. Contribute to the AI Foundations effort through interdisciplinary collaboration and robust evaluation.
