Lead a team of engineers to design, build, and support high-quality fullstack software solutions for the Equity Derivatives platform.
Collaborate with product owners, traders, quants, and other stakeholders to translate complex requirements into robust software.
Work within an Agile/Scrum environment, applying best practices in OO design, microservices, and modern tech stacks.
Lead communities of practice and drive adoption of new technologies and patterns across the team.
Ensure reliability, security, and continuous delivery through automation, testing, and CI/CD processes.
Bring strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills to deliver value on time while fostering an inclusive culture.
