Principal Software Engineer – AI Applications Team (F/M/NB)

As the Principal Software Engineer – AI Applications, you will provide technical direction for scalable backend services powering AI solutions.
Define software architecture standards, patterns, and best practices for low-latency, high-throughput systems.
Drive operational excellence by reducing latency and increasing throughput for models, agents, and APIs.
Collaborate with Data Scientists and ML Engineers to design production-ready integration patterns for models and agents.
Lead architecture reviews, mentor senior engineers, and help shape engineering culture and practices.
Evaluate emerging AI technologies, prototype innovative approaches, and represent technical excellence externally.
