Own end-to-end infrastructure lifecycles from scoping to deployment in highly regulated environments.
Orchestrate highly available deployment pipelines using IaC, containers, and automation (Docker, Helm, Kubernetes, Terraform, Jenkins).
Balance speed with strict security controls and regulatory standards (FedRAMP, DoD SRG, DISA STIG, NIST 800-53).
