Software Engineer, Infrastructure (ML and Real-Time Speech)

Design, build, and operate backend services powering real-time, multilingual ASR and speaker identification features.
Architect scalable, fault-tolerant infrastructure across databases, queues, and pub/sub systems for low-latency ML workflows.
Collaborate with ML researchers to productionize models, including training pipelines, deployment, versioning, and monitoring.
Improve observability, reliability, and performance for large-scale speech data ingestion and streaming.
Evolve platform architecture with microservices, Kubernetes orchestration, and API integrations.
Work with cross-functional teams to streamline CI/CD, developer experience, and automated testing for ML-backed services.
