Support operation and maintenance of plant equipment to maximize reliability and availability.
Develop, implement, and monitor Condition Based Maintenance (CBM) programs and preventative/predictive maintenance routines.
Create PMRs and Bills of Materials (BOMs) for new equipment and coordinate SAP maintenance activities with planners.
Perform root cause analysis, Pareto analysis, FMEA, and data-driven reviews to eliminate repetitive problems and improve MTBF.
Collaborate with equipment suppliers and plant staff to optimize maintenance strategies and drive continuous improvement.
Participate in a 14-month cement plant operations development program on-site in Ada, Oklahoma, with ~5% travel, while upholding safety policies.
