Lead and manage a small team of four, including an Ambassador Community Manager, two international outreach VAs, and one domestic outreach VA.
Own TikTok Shop performance, scale creator count and GMV, and recruit higher-tier creators with enablement resources.
Design and manage affiliate programs that deliver genuine value beyond commissions—education, exclusive offers, early access, and community recognition.
Expand presence beyond TikTok with a focus on Instagram and Facebook, defining platform-specific strategies and KPIs.
Own relationships with creators and partners, building long-term, non-transactional partnerships and community touchpoints.
Own the end-to-end performance narrative, tracking GMV, engagement, content volume, ROI, and translating data into actionable recommendations.
