As a Senior Operations Specialist, Robot (Shift Lead), you will guide and develop a team of operators to maintain smooth daily robot operations.
You will drive operational excellence by ensuring deployment schedules are met and adherence to break/rotation plans.
Act as the primary liaison between the team and leadership during your shift, delivering actionable feedback and escalating issues as needed.
You’ll handle escalations, resolve tickets, and proactively remove roadblocks to keep operations running.
You’ll document escalations and resolutions, contributing to accountability and continuous improvement across the team.
Ideal candidates bring leadership experience in operations, logistics, or robotics, strong communication, adaptability, and proficiency with task tracking and reporting tools.
