Senior AML Data Analyst

Take ownership of AML data, metrics, and the analytical foundations underpinning an AML program. Translate regulatory requirements into clear data definitions, metrics, and reporting logic for multi-jurisdictional oversight. Design, maintain, and monitor AML KPIs and dashboards used by risk, compliance, and operations for decision-making. Lead model validation and ongoing performance monitoring of AML detection models (rules-based and ML). Assess model effectiveness, stability, risk coverage, and ensure data quality through reconciliations and governance. Collaborate with ML, Data, Compliance, and Operations to ensure transparent, explainable, and scalable AML controls and reporting.
