As a founding AI Engineer, you will define the core technical direction: model selection, training strategy, infrastructure, and long-term architecture.
You’ll design end-to-end pipelines from data collection to training, evaluation, and inference, and own scalable deployment.
Experiment with frontier models and design novel architectures, applying methods like LoRA/QLoRA, SFT, and DPO.
Build robust data systems, alignment and safety guardrails, and comprehensive evaluation frameworks for performance, robustness, safety, and bias.
Own GPU optimization, latency reduction, and scaling policies while exploring retrieval-augmented training and mixture-of-experts.
Operate with a founder’s mindset, shaping early product use cases and setting engineering standards in a fast, high-autonomy environment.
