Lead the procurement and coordination of third-party collateral reports (appraisals, environmental reports, PCRs/PCAs) for commercial real estate lending and portfolio management.
Manage appraisal lifecycles, vendor assignments, reviews, and acceptance while upholding valuation independence and regulatory firewalls.
Oversee vendor onboarding, maintain licenses and E&O insurance, track performance, and escalate issues as needed.
Process and validate third-party invoices, resolve billing discrepancies, and maintain audit-ready invoicing records.
Maintain accurate pipeline trackers and workflow logs; update systems with delivery dates, notes, and completed reports.
