Lead Software Engineer, AI Platform – AI SRE

As a Lead Software Engineer in AI Platform – AI SRE, you will own project conception, planning, and execution with a strong technical leadership mindset. Develop AI SRE agents and chatbots using LLMs, LangChain, and LangGraph to improve driver experiences and address real-world challenges. Build scalable full-stack solutions, including cloud-based backends and efficient web interfaces, with high-quality Python and Go code. Deploy machine learning pipelines and integrate AI agents with tech infrastructure, while performing code/design reviews and promoting shift-left testing. Collaborate with cross-functional teams across regions, mentor peers, participate in on-call rotations, root cause analysis, and post-mortems. Create concise technical documentation, foster platform thinking, and uphold high standards for scalability and reliability in a fast-paced environment.
