REMOTE Mid-Level AI Engineer (East Coast Only)

We are seeking a Remote Mid-Level AI Engineer to join a focused backend team building a Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) service for East Coast candidates only.
You will primarily code in Python, create API endpoints, and develop LangGraph plugins that integrate with the content retrieval pipeline.
Work across the full RAG workflow—data ingestion, embeddings, retrieval, prompt engineering, generation, and evaluation—to ensure reliable production performance.
Responsibilities include 2+ years of RAG-based AI workflow experience, strong Python, API creation, model training, testing, and LangGraph plugin work.
Also adept at API integration with LLMs, knowledge of retrieval algorithms and agentic systems, and GitHub/version control.
Effective communication and independent work style are essential to deliver high-quality backend functionality for client-facing solutions.
