Lead and manage day-to-day HR operations across the site, providing strategic guidance on talent management, succession planning, and policy interpretation.
Collaborate with operational leaders to understand business needs, resolve HR issues, and drive workforce performance.
Oversee recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and the employee lifecycle, including integration, development, and exit processes.
Ensure compliance with state and federal requirements (I-9, E-Verify, EEO, and Affirmative Action), and manage disability, FMLA/PFL, accommodations, and workers’ compensation in partnership with EHS.
Coordinate payroll support, data integrity, and HR analytics to identify trends and inform total rewards and recognition programs.
Partner with corporate HR to develop and deliver policies, training initiatives, and HR programs aligned with business objectives.
