Senior Machine Learning Engineer

Seeking a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to build and deploy predictive models that impact personalization, retention, trust, discovery, and growth. Develop and implement advanced ML models including gradient boosting, deep learning, clustering, and large language models to solve critical business problems. Design scalable ML/AI solutions and partner with engineering to deliver a seamless customer experience. Translate complex model results into actionable insights for both technical and non-technical audiences, influencing partners and stakeholders. Requirements include a Master’s degree with 3+ years of industry experience or a PhD with 2+ years, proficiency in Python and SQL, and experience with TensorFlow or PyTorch. Familiarity with GCP/Hadoop and big data is a plus; strong collaboration and communication skills are essential.
