Enable the team to develop large-scale end-to-end autonomous driving models with high hardware efficiency, reliable training and inference, and good developer experience.
Participate in model design from a hardware-efficiency perspective.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build and improve infra and tooling.
Optimize system performance across parallelism, buffering/prefetching, pipelining, and asynchronicity.
Work with ML frameworks (PyTorch, JAX, TensorFlow) and accelerators to ensure efficient training and inference.
Focus on reliability, scalability, and maintainability through robust design and testing.
