Staff SW Engineer - GenAI

This role designs, builds, and ships AI-powered tools that augment the autonomous software development lifecycle from code commit to production deployment. You will translate AI concepts into practical products with measurable impact and clear success metrics. Responsibilities include developing AI-driven log analysis, deployment automation, and automated defect detection to improve software quality and reliability. You will create AI agent orchestration layers, dashboards, and independent release systems with one-click deployment and intelligent monitoring. Collaborate with DevOps, QA, and Platform Engineering to improve system reliability and developer velocity, while advancing AI-driven productivity through prototyping and production rollouts. This is a hybrid position that requires some in-office presence; you will ship viable AI tools on schedule and iterate based on feedback.
