Perform takeoffs and internal pricing for complex scopes across multiple project types.
Develop and implement bid strategies, coordinate with team, and ensure deadlines.
Prepare, review, and upload bid documents using standard templates; assemble GMP or Lump Sum proposals with all alternates.
Lead preconstruction activities including estimating, scheduling, planning, and budgeting in DBB, DB, and CMAR delivery methods.
Engage with subcontractors, collect bids, provide feedback, and maintain strong relationships in the local market.
Support business development efforts to reach new customers and market sectors while ensuring clear milestones and accountability.
