Perform day-to-day processing of a growing loan portfolio, including interest, fees, principal and adjustments related to workouts or modifications.
Prepare reconciliations, book general ledger entries, and contribute to monthly close and financial reporting.
Interface with borrowers, partners, and investors to respond to inquiries, generate statements, and apply payments.
Synchronize data between loan servicing systems and the general ledger and banking platforms; quantify liquidity forecasts.
Collaborate with originations, underwriting, asset management, and legal teams to build a centralized loan servicing function and identify workflow improvements.
Support budgeting, re-forecasting, ad hoc analyses (IRR, payoff requests), and participate in strategic initiatives as the portfolio grows.
