People Partner / HR Advisor (12 month FTC)

Role: Generalist People Partner/HR Advisor (12 month FTC), hybrid UK role with 2-3 days on-site and monthly travel between Leeds and London; core hours 09:30-16:00.
Build trusted relationships with stakeholders and advise on employee relations, policy, and performance/pay review processes.
Deliver learning initiatives, manage absence and probation, and handle complex investigations, disciplinaries and grievances.
Develop and update HR policies to align with employment law; communicate changes to managers and staff.
Support talent planning, succession mapping, and D&I objectives; monitor engagement metrics and contribute to the People Roadmap.
Provide coaching to managers and support project delivery with KPI-driven results.
