职位介绍

As a founding backend engineer, you will architect and build robust infrastructure powering an agentic AI platform. You will design PostgreSQL schemas, migrations, and backups; implement secure authentication layers and RBAC; containerize services and deploy via Kubernetes with CI/CD tooling. You will monitor production performance, latency, reliability, and security, and collaborate with frontend and infrastructure teams to improve overall systems. Nice-to-have: experience with AI-centric pipelines, vector stores, and agent orchestration; familiarity with Terraform/Helm and GitOps. This role offers the opportunity to shape both architectural and product direction while tackling cutting-edge AI infrastructure challenges.
